Had a sick time learning a few tips from the King of food prep himself @chrisnayna, very knowledgeable guy and I will be definitely crashing some more cook ups! Thanks for having me legend. Took us 20 minutes to cook up 8 meals and is super cheap and super lean 💪🏼Duqqa-crumbed chicken meal prep recipe Ingredients: - 1.5kg chicken breast fillets - 80g Duqqa from @oasisbakery - 3 whole eggs - 3 cloves garlic - 12 tsp chilli flakes - 2 broccoli heads - 400g brussel sprouts - 4x250g packs of 7 ancient grains - 1tsp smoked paprika - pinch of lemon rind - himalayan salt and pepper - coconut oil Dukkah Mix: Pistachios, sesame seeds, coriander, cumin, pepper, salt. Method: 1. Slice chicken fillets to preferred cut. 2. Whisk 3 whole eggs, dip chicken into it and lightly coat each fillet in the Duqqa, lemon rind, chilli and garlic crumb. 3. Cook over medium heat in a light coat of coconut oil. 4. Bring broccoli and brussel sprouts to the boil until tender then drain. 5. Microwave 7 ancient grains bags, empty into a large bowl and add salt, coconut oil and smoked paprika and mix well. 6. Divide rice, greens and meat into 8 containers (I used @ecomealprep glass containers) Serves 8 Aprox 450-500cals each Macros 15:50:35 (F:C:P) Fat 8g Carbs 58g
