Salmon and potato lunch with the most delicious strawberries and mint salad. Love adding fruit to my salads, and strawberries are by far my favorite one to add- specially mixed with some good balsamic vinegar. Chopped fresh strawberries with spinach, mint, tomatoes and avocado. Added some balsamic, olive oil, s&p and let it rest for a bit while the potatoes cook. Made the salmon in the airfryer and the potatoes in the oven with lots of herbs, garlic and @chosenfoods avocado oil.

We’ve been in Florida for 8 months now (crazy!) and one thing I miss most is the seasons — and all the amazingly beautiful, local, flavorful, colorful, nutrient-packed produce that comes with each changing month. I’ve been patiently waiting (almost giving up hope!) to finally find good figs at the market. And yesterday I stumbled upon the last few pints at Whole Foods. So this morning’s fruit bowl had to be one for the books — papaya, berries, figs 🙌🏻, coconut yogurt, bee pollen, holly honey, cacao nibs, and some of the spirulina trail mix I brought back from Newport (which I’m going to recreate BTW...) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Luckily I’m headed home to Indiana on Sunday — where you better believe I’ll be hitting up all the farm stands and getting my fill of 🍉🍑🥬🌽🍅🍆🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What are you most excited for with each new season? I always liked to bake or cook, sometimes less and sometimes more 😃 I think so after grandma, the only thing that makes us different is that I enjoy more healthy baked goods or dishes 😅😉 _________________________________ Today I have a crunchy bread for you but in a sweet version ✔️Oatmeals ✔️Pumpkin seeds ✔️Flavour ✔️Xylitol / sweetener ✔️ Dried cranberry ✔️water (as much as I play ingredients, then water) Of course, oatmeal is an essential ingredient, while all others are depending on your taste 👌😊 We mix everything and leave it for 24h. The next day, spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper about (0.5 m thick). Bake at 150 ° 30 min, then turn over and cut into small pieces. We dry for the next 30 minutes with the "hot air" function. _________________________________ 🇵🇱Od zawszę lubiałam piec lub gotować, czasem mniej a czasami więcej😃 Chyba tak po babci, jedyną rzeczą jaka nas różni to że mnie kręcą bardziej zdrowe wypieki czy dania😅😉 _________________________________ Dzisiaj mam dla Was chrupiący chlebek ale w wersji na słodko ✔️płatki owsiane✔️pestki dyni ✔️mak ✔️ksylitol/słodzik✔️suszona żurawina ✔️woda (tyle ile gram składników, to i wody) Oczywiście płatki owsiane to niezbędny składnik, natomiast wszystkie inne to już w zależności od waszego gustu👌😊 Wszystko mieszamy i odstawiamy na 24h. Na następny dzień rozkładamy na blachę wyłożona papierem do pieczenia około( 0.5 m grubość). Pieczemy w 150° 30 min, nastepnie obracamy na drugą stronę i kroimy na małe kawałki. Here is a light vegetable "gratin" with chicken thighs. First, steam vegetables. This time, I've got broccoli, green beans, carrots, and a bit of Swiss chard in the mix. Then, spray/rub the bottom of the baking dish with some olive oil, rice bran oil or ghee. Lay the vegetables onto the dish. Sauté some onion, garlic and basil leaves until translucent. Transfer the aromatics to the baking dish. Cover all the veggies with a few slices of your compliant cheese. In this example, I have used Manchego (OK for all, but an avoid for Type A Non-secretors and Type O Secretors). Put the dish into the broiler and broil for about 5 minutes. On another baking dish, grill/broil free-range chicken thighs marinated with my Secret Marinade (link in bio). Every oven is different so you need to experiment with the timing. Time your baking so you can finish both dishes at around the same time, then serve on a plate. Pour on the plate the juice that came out from the chicken (it's actually part of the marinade so you don't have to make a sauce separately). Voilà. Bon apétit! 😋 Please note that chicken is an "avoid" for Types B and AB. No need to buy expensive collagen supplements- just make some chicken broth using wings or, even better, feet! ⁣ Just get a big pot, add some chicken wings or feet (available at asian grocery stores - check the freezer), onion, garlic, leek, carrot, celery, salt & pepper. Optional - add a stock cube. ⁣ Now you can go one of two ways with flavorings:⁣ Add a TBS dried oregano and a bay leaf. Or add some fresh parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. OR you can go a bit asian and add fresh sliced turmeric (a finger) and a couple of slices of fresh ginger. Depends what you're going to want to use the stock for.⁣ Fill the pot with cold water, bring to a boil, skim off fat and foam. Then turn the heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for 2 -3 hours - depending how strong you like it.⁣ Those who follow my 3 week program and I always make a big pot of this stock every weekend to use as a base for many recipes during the week!

Dhansak /dansak /dhan saak is an Indian dish from the Parsi community. It has various regional adaptations. It combines elements of Persian and Gujarati cuisine (cuisine of the state of Gujarat). Dhansak generally is made by cooking some meat with a mixture of lentils and vegetables, while the vegetarian version uses just lentils and veggies. . Flexible to your palate and a delicious 1 Pot meal. Perfect to use up the assorted seasonal veggies and greens and so flavourful. Make it in an Instant Pot or in a saucepan, but definitely make this simple, delicious and nutritious meal! . . DHANSAAK AND BROWN RICE For Dhansaak 1/2 cup toor dal, 1/4 cup moong dal (green), 1/4 cup chana dal 1/4 cup udad dal, 1/4 cup masoor dal Veges- 2 tomatoes, 100 gram yellow pumpkin, 100 gram bottle gourd 1 bunch spinach 1/2 bunch methi . 🍅 Salmón pesto 🍅 . ⏩ Swipe para el proceso ⏬ Scroll para la receta . . Ingredientes: 4 filetes de salmón sin piel (6 oz) 1 1/4 lb de judías verdes frescas, extremos recortados o 1 lb (medio / delgado) de espárragos, extremos duros recortados 3 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva, dividido Sal y pimienta negra recién molida 4 cucharadas de pesto, casero o comprado en la tienda (la mitad de la receta casera será suficiente) 4 cucharaditas de jugo de limón fresco 1 pinta de tomates uva, cortados a la mitad Instrucciones: 1 Precaliente el horno a 400 grados. Trae una olla de agua a hervir. Corta cuatro piezas de papel de aluminio en longitudes de 14 pulgadas. Hervir las judías verdes durante 3 minutos, luego escurrirlas cuidadosamente (no es necesario hervir los espárragos antes de hornearlos). . 2 Mezcle las judías verdes (o espárragos) con 2 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva y sazone con sal y pimienta al gusto, divida en 4 porciones y coloque una capa en el centro de cada pieza de papel de aluminio. 1 cdita de vainilla
