I look forward to her annual harvest because the flesh of the peaches are a vibrant orange-reddish-yellow color, the peaches are juicy, sweet and robust. Peaches ripe quite fast, so I will be freezing most of these peaches for smoothie bowls...and more smoothie bowls. Rounded 1 cup frozen peach slices (170g) Frozen banana slices from 1 banana (115g) 1 teaspoon lemon juice (4g) 3 tablespoons pure coconut water (42g) 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds Process until smooth in a high-powered blender (which is what I used today) or a food processor, placing all ingredients in order as listed starting with peaches & ending with hemp seeds. BLENDER: while blending on highest speed or smoothie setting, use the blender tamper to push ingredients down towards the blade. Keep pushing and blending until the fruits are blended smooth. Post-run, immune boosting + hydrating green smoothie bowl 🌿 . Woke up and did my morning ritual of lemon water, 10 min meditation, iced matcha, and a run for movement 🏃🏻‍♀️ And I’m just going to say it, it’s been feeling like Fall in the morning and I’m kinda digging it, esp for running + sleeping with the windows open 🍁 With that said, I’m still soaking in the rest of summer and enjoying the warmer weather, extra daylight, and beach time while it’s still here 🌊 . Matcha Strawberry Red Bean Mochi by @nm_meiyee 💚🍓 These tasty little treats will be a hit with everyone! Recipe makes 12 Red bean paste 1 cup red bean, soaked overnight 3 cups water 1/4 cup vegan sugar . Matcha Mochi 1 1/2 cups glutinous rice flour 1/4 cup vegan sugar 2 tsp matcha powder 1 cup water 1/3 cup cornstarch . 12 fresh strawberries . Drain soaked red beans, add water in a pot along with the beans. Cook beans until soft. About 1 hour. Smash beans with a spatula. Add in sugar and heat over low to cook off extra water until form a paste texture. Keep stirring during the process. Transfer beans paste to a food processor and process until smooth. Wrap with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 2 hours before using. 📷@smoothieweightloss Combine the rice flour, matcha powder, sugar in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Whisk it well. Add in water and mix until combined. . 👌Put the bowl into a microwave, heat it up for 1 minute. Take the bowl out and stir the mixture around with a heatproof spatula.
