I wish every week was filled with back to back great workouts, but that just isn’t the case. Sometimes you will suffer from one of “those” workouts. The kind where no matter what, you just can’t get into it, or after just the first reps of an exercise, your body feels fatigued and weak already. There are multiple reasons why this could be the case, you have not tested enough since your last workout, you are not properly fuelled - always try and eat approx. 60-90 mins before training, not enough sleep, your workout has become stale and you are bored / unmotivated, not hydrated aim for a minimum of 3litres more if you can, you are overtraining - more is not always better, you are not eating enough food or your food intake is not right, stress...if you are stressed this will have a big impact on your training g,try to use your training session to de-stress and your just not into it on that day (what I would say is, start your session give it 10 mins and if it’s still not happening then go home).

Träning med @davidmmmmmmmmm idag och det sattes även idag PB i knäböjen! Förra passet var det ett personbästa i antal repetitioner och den här gången var det i vikt! Har byggt upp styrka under dieten men hade inte orken att dra nytta av den - men nu! Високият серумен холестерол се свързва със сърдечно-съдови болести, но той рядко зависи пряко от диетичния. - Диетичният холестерол постъпва в организма чрез приема на месо, пилешки продукти, риба и морска храна, яйца и млечни продукти. Когато говорим за съдържанието на холестерол в яйцата, то става дума за част от приема ни на диетичен холестерол, който представлява само около 15% от общото количество, а останалите 85% от циркулиращия в кръвообращението холестерол е произведен в нашия организъм. - Както с всяко друго нещо - консумация в умерени количества не е вредна и жълтъците (холестеролсъдържащата част в яйцата) могат също да бъдат част от нашето меню. - Аминокиселинният им профил се балансира с този на белтъците и по този начин протеинът в цялото яйце има по-висока биологична стойност. Жълтъците съдържат и мастноразстворимите витамини A, D, E и K. Също така витамините B6, B12, холин, тиамин, фосфор, калций, цинк, и както горе споменахме - антиоксиданти, помагащи за здравето на очите (лутеин и зеаксантин). Богати са и на омега-3-мастни киселини. - Свръхприемът на жълтъци трябва да притеснява най-вече неспортуващите свръхчувствителни към холестерол хора, диабетиците и страдащите от проблеми с жлъчката.

This weekend I had a Christmas dinner with my volleyball team and I was in charge of the dessert 😊 I decided to treat us with some healthier versions and it was a total success 🎉 Top picture - an apple and poppy seeds pastry roll (recipe by @onelightshot).
